We give you the credit in more ways than one!
 Message from the President and CEO

We always give our members the credit for being the true power behind our cooperative. It's the way co-ops do business we're accountable to the people we serve. Now we can give credit in a more tangible (and helpful) way for members who participate in our 2006 Annual Meeting. Each member who attends and registers will receive a $25 credit on an electric bill, one credit per membership. In this year of higher costs for all of us, I believe there is no better way to say "Thank you!"
Your participation is important to us. As member-owners, you make the decisions about who leads the co-op on our Board of Trustees. We discuss important issues and share information about our programs. We get a chance to meet you and hear from you, face to face.
Most important, it is another way for you to learn more about  who we are and how we are working for you.
Please look at our ad [in the March issue of Living in South Carolina] to find out about all the other fun, prizes, education and entertainment available at this year's Annual Meeting. At this family-friendly event, we expect to see lots of smiling faces!
And, as we work to continue to bring you reliable power, at the lowest possible price, look for our smiling faces in the community, on our new ID badges — and at this year's Annual Meeting of Members!
