Report of the Nominating Committee The members of the Nominating Committee, duly assembled, after giving full consideration to District location, did nominate the following members of the Cooperative as candidates for Trustees to be voted on for a three-year term, beginning in 2006: District 3 Darius Alexander 4191 Bookout Road Rock Hill, SC 29730 District 4 Paul D. Poston 4987 York Highway Rock Hill, SC 29730 District 8 M. Blanche McCarter 1765 Old Pickney Road York, SC 29745 Nominated by Petition District 3 Richard M. Roach 4150 Mockingbird Lane Rock Hill, SC 29730 H. Wayne Helms 1345 Falls Road Rock Hill, SC 29730

Registration and voting for the Annual Meeting begins at 9 am. Business meeting begins at 12 noon. Each Cooperative member is urged to be present and take part in the meeting.

1. The report of Officers, Trustees, and Committees.
2. The election of Trustees.
3. Bylaw revisions.
4. All other business which may come before the meeting, or any adjournments thereof.

You must be present to receive the registration gift. Drawing for additional gifts will be held following the business meeting. Plan to attend your Cooperative's Annual Meeting.
