Official Notice of York Electric's Annual Meeting May 10

The Annual Meeting of the members of York Electric Cooperative, Inc. will be held at the main office of your Cooperative on Saturday, May 10, 2008, at 8:30 a.m. The office is located two miles east of York. The address is 1385 East Alexander Love Highway. Action will be taken on the following matters:
- 1. The report of Officers, Trustees, and Committees.
- The election of Trustees.
- All other business which may come before the meeting, or any adjournments thereof.
 Registration and voting for the Annual Meeting begins at 8:30 am. Business meeting begins at noon. Each Cooperative member is urged to be present and take part in the meeting. Members with physical impairment needs, who plan to attend the Annual Meeting, should contact the Cooperative in advance at 684-4247. Each member registering will receive a $25 credit on their electric bill, limit of one credit per membership.
You must be present to receive the registration gift. Drawing for additional gifts will be held following the business meeting.

IMPORTANT
Members MUST bring a valid photo ID to register and vote. Also, please bring your registration postcard.
