Resolution of Board of Trustees of
York Electric Cooperative, Inc.
May 27, 2008
 Whereas, Poinzettia Stephens served continuously as a member of the Board of Trustees of York Electric Cooperative, Inc., from April 1991 through May 2008; and
Whereas, Poinzettia Stephens has rendered faithful and dedicated service to York Electric Cooperative, Inc., through her personal commitment, valued participation in the conduct of its affairs, wise counsel, sound judgment, unfailing loyalty, wholehearted support and untiring efforts; and
Whereas, the Board of Trustees of York Electric Cooperative, Inc., desires to recognize the substantial contributions and meritorious service of Poinzettia Stephens to York Electric Cooperative, Inc., by bestowing upon her a resolution of sincere appreciation.
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of York Electric Cooperative, Inc., publicly expresses its appreciation for Poinzettia Stephens' substantial contributions to the growth, progress and success of York Electric Cooperative, Inc.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be spread on the minutes of the Board of Trustees of York Electric Cooperative, Inc., and that a copy of this Resolution be presented to Poinzettia Stephens.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Trustees of York Electric Cooperative, Inc., have adopted this Resolution and hereunto subscribe their names this 27th day of May 2008.
