Good news!
YEC members to receive 3% savings
 BEGINNING IN APRIL, YEC members will receive a 3 percent reduction in the cost of power. We are able to pass along these savings because YEC received a reduction in power cost, and we've implemented cost-savings measures throughout our organization. It's another way we are looking out for you.
And here's another exciting announcement: YEC's 2010 Annual Meeting of Members will be held Saturday, May 8, at our York offices, 1385 East Alexander Love Hwy.
It's a morning of fun for all ages. Kids will love the inflatable play area as well as the wildlife exhibit. The Pee Dee Bluegrass Band will serve up sweet music while local food vendors will serve their specialties. We'll have our ever-popular 25-cent hot dogs and 10-cent cokes, too.
Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. each member registered will receive a $20 power bill credit and a CFL indoor/outdoor flood light — plus a chance to win great door prizes!
 Be on the look-out for your registration and door prize postcard; the card will be mailed in late April. Bring your registration postcard and a photo ID to the meeting.
We'll draw for the grand prize — a 2002 Chevrolet 4x4 S-10 pickup! — after the business meeting. You must be present to win, so stick around.
