On February 1, 2010, York Electric Cooperative began passing on a 2.45% processing fee to members who use a credit/debit card to pay their bill. This fee is used to offset the costs York Electric Cooperative is charged by credit card companies to process transactions. Also, a $1.00 convenience fee will be charged on all E-check transactions.
