Update: Beginning February 1, 2010, York Electric Cooperative will pass on a 2.45% processing fee to members who use a credit/debit card to pay their bill. This fee will be used to offset the costs York Electric Cooperative is charged by credit card companies to process transactions.
Now you can pay your electric bill at your convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
With Telelink, you can also:
- Check your account information, including current balance, amount due, and recent payments.
- Pay your bill by e-check, credit or debit card. MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
- Update your telephone number.
- Report an outage.
- Obtain YEC information including office hours, locations, energy tips, programs and services.
- Connect to a live person.
- Receive information by phone, such as courtesy reminder calls and outage notifications.
