Update Account Information



Four easy ways to update account information

York Electric Cooperative makes every effort to serve you in the most efficient way possible. One of the ways we do this is with our ongoing improvements in technology. Having correct account information is the vital component that ensures these improvements are effective. We offer four convenient ways for you to update your account information:

  1. Online
    Members can easily update account information on York Electric's website. Simply go to the website, click Pay Online on the home page and log in. The account profile page is displayed when you select a single account from the account list page, click account information in the navigator bar, and then select account profile from the dropdown menu. This page allows you to enter and update your current account information. To update your account profile, enter or change information in any of the fields on the page. If the information that you have entered is correct, click submit.
  2. With your payment
    Write your phone number and any corrections on the bill stub before you mail your payment.
  3. Phone Call
    Change your account information over the phone by calling 803-684-4248 or 800-582-8810 (toll free), and a friendly Member Services Representative will gladly assist you.
  4. In person
    Changes to your account can be made at the same time you pay your bill. Just let the Member Services Representative know that you need to update your account information. Please take a few moments to verify that the information we have on file is up-to-date, even if you think your account information is correct. *Note: Membership and deposit transfers must be made in the office with proper documentation. Please call Member Services for details. Name change on an existing account must be made in our office.
