YEC seeks pro­pos­als from qual­i­fied ven­dors (Ven­dors) to pro­vide dis­as­ter logis­tics and sup­port ser­vices on an as-need­ed basis. This RFP aims to ensure rapid deploy­ment fol­low­ing severe weath­er, nat­ur­al dis­as­ters, or oth­er emer­gency events that may result in ser­vice out­ages. The select­ed Vendor(s) will pro­vide all nec­es­sary per­son­nel, equip­ment, and logis­tics to sup­port dis­as­ter response oper­a­tions for YEC. Pro­pos­als shall be sub­mit­ted in accor­dance with the terms and con­di­tions of this RFP and any adden­da issued here­to.
