The purpose of this program is to provide discounted energy audits to help identify projects that reduce your energy costs through efficiency and demand reduction. Once complete, a representative from your electric cooperative will discuss the identified opportunities with you. Your energy audit can be used to apply for USDA grants and incentives through several programs including the Rural Energy for America Program (REAP). Please note that you are required to pay for 25% of the cost of your energy audit. The cost of your energy audit will depend on the size and complexity of your operation and will be determined during a follow-up call once you have submitted this application.
