Now you can pay your electric bill at your convenience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
With PowerTouch, you can also:
- Check your account information, including current balance, amount due, and recent payments.
- Pay your bill by e‑check, credit or debit card. MasterCard and Visa are accepted.
- Update your telephone number.
- Report an outage (or text OUTAGE to 352667)*
- Obtain YEC information including office hours, locations, energy tips, programs and services.
- Connect to a live person.
- Receive information by phone, such as courtesy reminder calls and outage notifications.
*To use PowerTouch, you need your YEC account number. Please note that your cell phone number must be saved under the mobile field in your member profile for YEC to associate your cell phone number with your account through texting.
