Now you can pay your elec­tric bill at your con­ve­nience, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

With Pow­er­Touch, you can also:

  • Check your account infor­ma­tion, includ­ing cur­rent bal­ance, amount due, and recent pay­ments.
  • Pay your bill by e‑check, cred­it or deb­it card. Mas­ter­Card and Visa are accept­ed.
  • Update your tele­phone num­ber.
  • Report an out­age (or text OUTAGE to 352667)*
  • Obtain YEC infor­ma­tion includ­ing office hours, loca­tions, ener­gy tips, pro­grams and ser­vices.
  • Con­nect to a live per­son.
  • Receive infor­ma­tion by phone, such as cour­tesy reminder calls and out­age noti­fi­ca­tions.

*To use Pow­er­Touch, you need your YEC account num­ber. Please note that your cell phone num­ber must be saved under the mobile field in your mem­ber pro­file for YEC to asso­ciate your cell phone num­ber with your account through tex­ting.
